Anyone in need can apply using our secure online form. No public exposure, no complicated paperwork. To ensure fairness and discourage abuse, we ask for a brief explanation of the need and allow applicants to optionally upload supporting documentation (like a bill or repair estimate). We never publish identities and all personal information is kept confidential and encrypted.

Dual Review and Verification
Each application is reviewed by two trained board members within 48 hours. We assess urgency, context, and reasonability of the request. While our process is rooted in trust, we also:

Limit one disbursement per household per 12-month period.

Randomly audit 10% of all requests monthly.
If verification is needed, we may reach out privately or work with a community partner for a soft confirmation—never publicly.

Confidential Approval and Secure Distribution
If approved, funds are distributed directly and discreetly—either through pre-paid cards, electronic transfer, or direct vendor payment (e.g., utility provider, landlord, mechanic). We do not hand out cash. A secure internal tracking system logs each distribution, and only authorized team members have access to disbursement data.

Oversight, Transparency, and Ongoing Respect
Our board conducts monthly reviews of all approved requests and publishes quarterly Transparency Snapshots summarizing the number of individuals served, types of needs met, and total funds disbursed (never including names or identifying details). This ensures donors and partners see impact while maintaining complete confidentiality for recipients.
We never require invasive follow-up or public testimonials. Help should be safe, private, and never humiliating.
